Our quaint Romantic Cottage reminds our guests of a whimsical fairy tale cottage from their childhood and is a Romantic haven for two. Looking out the bay window is a view of the footbridge that crosses over a little stream that runs through the property and flows right by the Cottage's deck. By stepping out onto the private deck you experience the soothing sights and sounds of the Big Thompson River that flows past our property.

The Cottage is a two room bed/bath combination with a comfy queen size bed adorned with a quilt and lots of pillows. A vaulted ceiling over the bed comes alive with stars in the ceiling at night along with intimate lighting both over the bed and in the bay window. Quality linens, towels, hot tub towels, personal robes, and "Croc Shoes" give you that pampered feeling. The bathroom has a tub/shower, pedestal lavatory sink, and toilet. There is Satellite TV and DVR with VCR/DVD player and Stereo/C. D. player. Both videos and relaxing CD's have been included for your enjoyment. There is a table and chairs by the kitchenette area. The freestanding electric fireplace with heatalator is perfect year-round.

The Kitchenette includes a mid size refrigerator, (NEW FOR 2008-Microwave/Convection Oven in one), coffee pot, toaster, electric skillets, griddle, crock pot, two burner hot plate with pots and pans, and microwavable bowls and plates. There is a private outdoor gas bbq grill on the deck. A snack basket along with coffees and teas and many extras are included. Guests are responsible for washing all dishes used during their stay.

The private deck includes a Private Hot Tub for two with a water fall feature with Aroma Therapy Scent Packets for the tub, propane bbq grill, wicker rocking chairs and a picnic table and chairs, which is a great place to have that first cup of coffee or tea in the morning. Tea lights are provided by the Hot Tub and for the bathroom.
