There are two seperate paths you can take after

walking over the foot bridge that crosses a little stream on

our property. The RIVER CABIN, MOUNTAIN CABIN AND ROMANTIC COTTAGE ARE LOCATED ON THIS PROPERTY IN THE BIG THOMPSON CANYON.

It is important to us that you are comfortable during your stay and we have tried to provide you with many extras.
All units have private outdoor hot tubs, fireplace, phone, Hi Speed Wireless Internet,Air Conditioning (River Cabin, Mountain Cabin and Romantic Cottage and the Carriage House on our other property.)/fans, snack basket, coffee and teas, backpack picnic lunch for two, propane bbq grill, Satellite T. V. with a large Direct TV package with DVR, Dvd/VCR player, Stereo/C. D. player, Intimate lighting, personal bath robes, quality linens and towels, bath sheets for hot tub towels, Aroma Therapy Scent Packets for the hot tubs, bubble bath, hair shampoo and conditioner, bath/shower gel, Qtips and Makeup removal pads, candles, comfy queen beds with quilts, wall mounted hair dryer, umbrella, C. D.'s, DVD's. and Videos for your use during your stay. We also have Sound Machines in each unit.
We provide grilling and seasoning spices, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, baking powder, baking soda, foil, saran wrap, sandwich baggies, cooking oil, cooking and eating utensils, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, dish soap, paper towels, coffee filters. Frosty Mugs in the Freezer upon your arrival. For winter time snow fun we provide sleds for our guests. We also have a selection of coolers, back packs, and fanny packs for your use during your stay.
